How do I register?

How do I bid?
1.    In order to make a bid please purchase one of our preset bidpacks. This will ensure you that you have the appropriate funds to participate in our auctions.
2.    Then chose the item you want to bid on and make an offer.

How do I purchase bids?
In order to purchase bids
1.    Login to your account
2.    Navigate to the buy bids page.
3.    Choose one of our bidpacks and purchase it.
4.    Once payment has been made your account will be credited with the appropriate number of bids* ( *In some cases you may have to wait up to 12 hours for your account to be credited)

Is the online payment option secure?
In order to provide your financial information maximum security, bidspike does not process the payment information directly. The payment is processed by PayPal, the world leader in online payment services.

Is my personal information safe?
We do not keep any of your personal information on our website except for the information needed to provide you access to your account.
No third party will ever obtain any personal information from us.

How many times can I bid on one item?
You are allowed a maximum of two bids for item. (We recommend you only place one bid per item)

What happens if two users submit the same highest bid?
If two users have the same highest bid the user that placed the highest bid at the earlier time will be declared the winner.

What is the maximum bid?
The maximum bid is equal to the retail price of the item you are bidding on.

Transparency Pledge
If you are a registered user you may be able to see a list of all the users and their respective bids after the auction is closed.

Fraud Information
We will not tolerate any attempt to defraud BidSpike or any of its users. If you are engaged in fraudulent activity your account will be suspended and you will not receive a refund on your outstanding balance, furthermore any bids submitted in bad faith will be declared invalid and the next highest bid will be declared the winner.

How old do I have to be in order to be allowed to bid?
You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible to become a user.

What if I will not pay the item?
Once you enter a bid you are entering into a contract with BidSpike or its administrators and owners. Any bid is legally binding and not respecting this contact obligation can result in legal action against you as well as other administrative punishments, including but not limited to account suspension and forfeiture of your outstanding balance.

Refund Policy?
We offer a full refund on all unused bids on your account.

Item refund and Quality Assurance?
We do not provide an item refund, but are willing to work with you in order to ensure that the item you receive is the item that was advertised to you and that it meets the status presented to you.
We will work closely with our partners to ensure that you will receive the items in proper condition and that any problems you might have are solved in a timely manner.

Taxes and shipping?
The final price you pay for the item is the price you have won the auction with. There are no additional taxes or shipping fees.

International shipping?
This site is exclusively for residents of the United States, and the final price includes only shipping and taxes for all states in the United States. If expect delivery outside the United States, you may still bid on our items but in order for delivery to be made you must be aware of the following:
-You may be subject to additional shipping fees.
-We will refuse delivery of any items to countries that are under embargo from the United States, and any items that are not allowed to be shipped under current Unites States law.
-You are responsible for any taxes and fees that the country where you currently reside in has on the particular item that is shipped to you.
-Warranties on certain items may become void once the item is shipped outside the United States.
-All eventual cash payment will be made in US dollars.
